Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to apply for a refund. After this time frame returns will not be accepted. Simply email returns@pasheswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return to receive your free returns label. After receiving a returns label you have 7 days to return the item(s) to us in the original condition, together with the original packaging and all tags. Any accepted returns will be refunded in full excluding the delivery cost within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note that if you choose to return via any other method then you will be responsible for the cost of returning. You will also remain responsible for the item(s) including any loss or damage until we receive it/them.
All products are inspected on return. To be eligible for a refund the items must:
-be unworn
-have original tags/ labels on that haven’t been tampered with
-be in the original packaging
-have hygiene stickers intact
-not have been wash
-not be stained/marked/discoloured
-not be damaged
-not have been altered
-not be heavily fragranced
-not show signs of wear and tear
We reserve the right to refuse your refund if the above is not met.
When trying on your items please be careful with the product (e.g. don’t apply excessive force when pulling zips) and don’t wear products that could mark or scent your item (such as makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, moisturiser etc.).
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
-Pierced jewellery due to health and hygiene reasons
-Underwear & swimwear without hygiene seals intact
-Opened beauty products (including facial and body products) and accessories due to hygiene reasons
-Shoes that have been worn outside or on stone & tiled floor. In addition any returned footwear must be in its original box (if any) and original shoe or dust bag (if any).
-Electrical products may have their own specific warranty period or additional terms relating to returns. Please see further details on any product page. In some cases, electrical products may not be returned if the packaging has been tampered with or opened, or if any seals (where applicable) has been tampered with, or is broken.
